All envelopes are sent via Australia Post. Please note that packages do not include tracking. Once your order has been posted, it is in the care of Australia Post. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and local postal services. For international orders, delivery is also dependent on the local postal service in each destination country. Each envelope is carefully prepared and sent flat to protect the contents.

Subscription Details

When you join Toadstool Cottage Mail Club, you will receive a monthly delivery filled with a story, prints, a letter and other surprises. Subscriptions are recurring and are billed automatically per delivery cycle. You will receive a reminder email before each renewal, giving you time to pause or cancel if needed. You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your order confirmation email or by contacting us.

Cut-Off Date

To receive the following month's Toadstool Cottage Mail Club delivery, simply subscribe by the last day of the month. Orders placed after this date will be included in the next mailing cycle. Subscription payments are processed securely at the beginning of each delivery cycle.

Refund Policy

Refunds are not available for items already shipped, as each package is individually prepared for you. If your mailing does not arrive, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement where possible.
